JJ made the car buying experience easy and actually fun! I hate going to car dealerships. The few times I went to others checking out a vehicle they were irritated that I didn't buy, and this didn't even in I hate going to car dealerships. I felt very comfortable with JJ and I was at Germain BMW a few times checking out vehicles I saw on line. From the start JJ made me feel like a valued customer and he was always in contact with me to let me know what pre-owned vehicles were being made available that would fit my interest. I was leaning toward a Certified BMW X3 but when I saw a Hyundai Tucson Santa Fe Sport that looked fabulous and had everything in it I pulled the trigger in mere minutes. Germain's Finance Department was fantastic, they didn't rake me over the coals. The experience was wonderful.
