We had engaging conversation about many things which lead to the car. The car was immaculate and the service, sales and dealership was top notch. this year, August 2019, I went back and purchased a 2017 X3 and again all aspects of dealing with the dealership were flawless. A day after I took the X3 home, my tire developed a leak and I took the car back to Germain and they found the tire had a nail in it. No questions asked by the dealership. They gave me a new tire and I was on my way. I dealt with JJ for the 328i and I Mike Schmidt helped me with buying the X3. Would definitely buy another car from Germain BMW and highly recommend them. More
