False advertisement They posted their deceiving advertisement on Autotrader.com. They had BMW X1 of 2018 for $159/month lease price. I called Germain dealership about tha They posted their deceiving advertisement on Autotrader.com. They had BMW X1 of 2018 for $159/month lease price. I called Germain dealership about that advertisement deal as it sounded to good to be true. They took my info and promised to call back no one did but I’ve got a million emails from their “managers” Laurie and David Walker Hughes as well as from Rachel the manager, they try sending me useless links to view the same car on Carmax and YouTube videos, offering me to buy the same car for $28,000 next email was for $32000 and the last one for $32900. I had to email them back what deal I was after but never got a reply from any of them. They scam people just to get you in their dealership thinking people are fall for their false advertisement. I even printed their add the X1 2018 for $159/month and send it to one of their manager but of course they won’t honor that deal because they’re simply scammers. I bought a brand new BMW in Orlando and was treated like a queen. More

Great Experience We were in the market for a replacement vehicle and wanted to see what was offered in the BMW Certified Pre-Owned arena. We were walking around the We were in the market for a replacement vehicle and wanted to see what was offered in the BMW Certified Pre-Owned arena. We were walking around the used car lot and Michael Schmidt from the sales staff came out to greet us and asked if we would like his help. We looked around the lot a bit more and then went inside to talk to Michael about two of the vehicles we were interested in. Michael Schmidt gave us a rundown on each vehicle which helped us to isolate our decision. Michael worked wonders, beyond our expectation, and was able to have all the details worked out so that we could take the car home the same day. This experience worked out great for us and we are very happy with our purchase. More

Sales and Service are 5 Star I recently purchased a Certified used BMW from Germain. Bob Davidson was a pleasure to deal with. The price was very fair and the delivery of the car I recently purchased a Certified used BMW from Germain. Bob Davidson was a pleasure to deal with. The price was very fair and the delivery of the car was just like getting a new car. They spent plenty of time going over all the features. This week I had a tire go flat because i picked up a nail in it. I spoke with Christian in service and he priced a new tire for me and the price was as good or better than any of the local tire dealers. When I brought the car in he said they could do a 15,000 service even though I had not planned on it at that time. The whole experience has been terrific. More
