My 6th BMW Lease was the best I went in to close one lease and initiate another. I had stringent parameters as to what was manditory in the vehicle and what I needed in the financi I went in to close one lease and initiate another. I credit this to the teamwork of Raquel with all the Germain departments involved, the business team conferred with her several times. Everyone pitched in and made the process comfortable and worry free. As the title implies, this is the best BMW deal so far and is why I have recommended Germain and BMW to all my friends and associates and it is thanks to Raquel and her competence this time. Started bad, but ended well. I have to be honest, if it were not for the fact that this dealership had the specific car I was looking for, I would not have done business with them I have to be honest, if it were not for the fact that this dealership had the specific car I was looking for, I would not have done business with them. It started via email. I had to travel over 3 hours to get there, so I wanted to hammer out details before I made the trip. The first person I was in contact with was the internet sales manager, he was completely unwilling to negotiate...at all. So I thanked him and decided to pass. The next day I was contacted by a salesman who was more willing to work with me. We agreed I would come in to finalize the sale the following day. I told him I would contact him when I had an ETA. I emailed him in the morning and gave him a time. I received no response. I decided to make the trip anyway. When I was about 10 minutes away (after driving over 3 hours) I called him to let him know I was close. No answer. When I arrive I find out that they had been in the process of trying to sell the car to another buyer. That buyer wanted some rock chips repaired on the front bumper and some other defects on the back bumper. So not only were they going to sell the car out from under me, they car was in the body shop with the bumpers ripped off and getting painted. The salesman I had negotiated with was “unavailable” and he handed me off to another. This was Daron Lynn. Daron was a breath of fresh air in dealing with this dealership. He always kept a smile on his face even when I was exploding about th situation. He put up with me and, was very understanding and made things right for me. In the end, I was not able to take the car home that day as I planned. But I had it a couple days later and Daron made sure I was happy. Also, Marc in finance got me great loan, 3% less than the loan I had through my bank. More
