Thank you for your response. We are traveling and not available by phone. And thank you for agreeing I should have been given a loaner and not made to sit 1.5 hours/and had to cancel my dinner plans ladt minute. I have gone to Germain bmw for everything needed since we moved to naples 2 years ago. Victor took good care of us and that's why we went back. I knew u had loaners and to be told 33-4 times that you didn't have any even after I told you I would have to cancel my reservations and embarrass myself with friends....not happy. Re: tires. I don't keep my receipts as I know they are kept in my file on your computer and you can tell me what we had done and when. They told me I needed 2 back tires like last july I think? They said I shouldn't even b driving the car. I think it was even hand written on my receipt but I'm not sure. Even I could tell I don't need new tires yet so I said no. I appreciate your offer for a free detailing. I will talk to my husband about it. -jamie
