I asked for information regarding extending our warrantee and no one ever called us back. I asked questions about the part going so quickly since the car only had 12 thousands miles and was given no help exc and no one ever called us back. I asked questions about the part going so quickly since the car only had 12 thousands miles and was given no help except for the bill. I also asked if we traded the car in what would we be given as a trade in and got no answer even though I called back and left a message I never heard from anyone. More

This is the second BMW we have purchased from Germain thru our sales rep Jim McGinn. Jim is the most straight forward and honest auto sales rep we have ever dealt with. He even recommended that we hold thru our sales rep Jim McGinn. Jim is the most straight forward and honest auto sales rep we have ever dealt with. He even recommended that we hold off buying a new X-5 until the much improved new model was available in six months. He is extremely knowledgable about the product and explains the options clearly. We are very please with our entire experience. More
Our sales rep was Larry Brewer. Mr. Brewer was very cordial on our initial visit to examine the 135is. We were interested enough in the vehicle to consider trading in our Mini Cooper. The trade diffe cordial on our initial visit to examine the 135is. We were interested enough in the vehicle to consider trading in our Mini Cooper. The trade difference was given to us. We told Mr. Brewer that we needed to think about it overnight. He was not pushy, rather he accepted our decision. I called Larry the following day and stated we would be down shortly to make the purchase. The transaction was painless except that a computer slowdown caused the printing of the paperwork to take a bit long. We are extremely pleased with the folks at Germain BMW. More
My experience with this dealership was very bad thus I am rating them as such. I traveled from out of state to purchase a vehicle from Germain BMW. During this process the sales agent told me the dealer/stat rating them as such. I traveled from out of state to purchase a vehicle from Germain BMW. During this process the sales agent told me the dealer/state has a relationship with my home state whereby the dealer could register, title, and plate the vehicle without me going to the appropriate agency in my home state. This was corroborated by the finance manager who was handing the sale, so they collected money from me to pay for these items along with a flat fee to pay for the service. The sales agent and the finance manager assured me if by chance I had overpaid for the tag, registration, and title I would be refunded the difference. Yet, both statements from these people were a complete lie. After the dealer sent the sales documents to my county’s probate office I was contacted by a clerk at that office who informed me I must bring in my vehicle and have the tag, registration, and title issued through the probate office with all items being paid for at their office. I immediately contacted the people at Germain where was referred to a different agent in financing. Who initially was helpful, she noted I had overpaid for the services not provided and would be receiving a refund of which I eventually did. However, the refund was not for the full amount I had paid in, for goods not rendered. I continued to try to contact the people in financing to find out why there was a discrepancy in the amount I paid in and the amount I was refunded. My calls were not returned and the voice messages I left went unanswered. Thus, I decided to contact the general sales manager, who did return my call and told me he would look into the matter. Nonetheless, the answer he provided was completely unacceptable. The general sales manager informed that the $116 unreturned to me went to their agency that tried issue the tag, registration and title. I was assured by two agents at Germain they could perform a service and deliver said goods. These agents overstated the ability of the dealership and when they found out that they were not capable of delivering on their assurance(s) they felt it appropriate to charge me for goods and a service not rendered. This is clearly a fault of the people at Germain who took money from me for goods and services they assured me they could deliver not for their attempt. More
Jim made it our very best experience ever. He was very thorough, knew the car very well, took time to explain everything, never rushed us, and made us feel we were his only customer. Revise: After further conversation with our sales Rep, Peter Martin, our concerns regarding the extra key ant the missing manual have been rectified resulting in a higher level of customer satisfaction! Peter Martin, our concerns regarding the extra key ant the missing manual have been rectified resulting in a higher level of customer satisfaction! We tend to stay away from buying used cars from car lots but I think we did okay with this purchase. The sales person, Peter Martin, was friendly and helped us process this transaction in a professional manner. We usually purchase vehicles from the original owner so that we have a comfort level with the miles stated and the maintenance performed. Peter did provide info from the car fax which addressed some of these issues. In this case we purchased with the belief and hope that there is nothing wrong with the car that will require additional dollars to be spent for repairs. We have used the car very little so far so the jury is still out on this concern. The only downside so far was there was only one key for the car which required another $75.00 being spent to get a 2nd key and there is no manual for the vehicle. This is not a game breaker but as a buyer hindsight would suggest we should have requested these items be provided prior closing the deal. More
