Tona Zarelli helped me at Germain BMW. I was there getting a new tire, replacement for a flat. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Germain had my replacement tire and was able to take I was there getting a new tire, replacement for a flat. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Germain had my replacement tire and was able to take me in that day. Tona welcomed me and made sure she had all of my correct information. She estimated the timing of the replacement. The estimate was perfect. I was able to walk leave the dealership and she texted me when my car was nearly ready. Perfect.
