This was our 3rd BMW that we have purchased from Germain BMW and Max Zuercher was the salesman for all three. This purchase was a tad more difficult because we now live in Ocala, about 250 miles away. Whe BMW and Max Zuercher was the salesman for all three. When we started considering a new BMW we really didn't give much thought to Germain because of the distance but after a couple of emails between Germain and myself things started looking very positive. We ended up trading in our 2018 X1 and upgrading to a 2023 X3 and Germain actually had the new car hauled to Ocala and then picked up both the 2018 X1 and my 2020 Hyundai, as we did not need two vehicles any longer. I hope that when it comes time to trade in the new X3 that Max is still around to sell us his 4th BMW More
