Germain BMW of Naples were very helpful in getting me the BMW I wanted in a timely fashion however, with just 43 miles on my BMW X4 M40i, it gave me an error message stating "Key Not Present" and the bloody BMW I wanted in a timely fashion however, with just 43 miles on my BMW X4 M40i, it gave me an error message stating "Key Not Present" and the bloody car would not let us move it out of our garage! When first calling the service department about the problem, they were very flippant and stated that I had to pay for towing the car back to their dealership in Naples FL! That being said, once I spoke with Patrick Dodard my sells representative, H e told me not to worry about the towing and that he would take care of everything and that's why im rating the dealership as a 4 instead of a much lower number I originally had in mind! More
