Rhoel worked feverishly every step of the way to ensure my M5C was repaired and returned to me as soon as ‘humanly’ possible, despite the logistical nightmares that arose but understandably, are prevalent in todays’ world of uncertainties. Rhoel was knowledgeable and understanding of the parts and repairs process. He was attentive, communicative and PATIENT when listening to my questions and eventual frustration when uncontrollable events occurred during my ‘extended stay’ at Motel Germain. I just wrote a review on any other BMW site, but honestly, Oscar Matamoros gave me exceptional and personalized service, which accounts for the high ranking! As I am new to Naples and at a 30 minute honestly, Oscar Matamoros gave me exceptional and personalized service, which accounts for the high ranking! As I am new to Naples and at a 30 minute drive from the dealership, Oscar was kind enough to pick me up when I purchased the X3 so that I would not need to leave my rental vehicle on the BMW lot. He also drove me to Mercato today so that I could wait out the application of armor coat..and he brought the car to me there when the work was completed!
