I tried to get clarification from him on an issue discovered with my car during an oil change and I was made to feel as if I was a huge burden on his time. Ultimately I feel he was not knowledgable on the topic and so my concerns were dismissed in a condescending manner. He ultimately gave me a snarky recommendation to take my car to another bmw specialist where I had been prior since "I trusted them so much." Felt like I was dealing with a child. More

I went to several places, and then kicked myself, of course Mathew found the ID for both parts, ordered them and had them in my hands in less than 24 hours. Parts for an E39 M5 don't just bounce around everywhere, but Mathew has simply been stellar, as have several other parts employees. Oh, I had the same experience on a 1995 M3 drivers and passenger door window regulators along with several other near obsolete parts. Time after time, these guys impress. Give them a try, tell them Dan sent you...and get what you need without fail. More
I have been to a lot of Dealerships and service stations in my life, haven't we all, Victor by far was the most helpful agent I have ever worked with. He took extra time to solve the issues I was having, a in my life, haven't we all, Victor by far was the most helpful agent I have ever worked with. He took extra time to solve the issues I was having, and not without laying out all the options possible for me first. He was easy to reach, considerate and I felt as if he really cared about me as a person. He and all the service staff were very knowledgeable, and a huge help to me. Every agent I worked with there from the parts department, sales and service went way beyond what I ever expected or have ever experienced in my life from any dealership. I was so impressed, I had to take the time to write a review and share with anyone who wants to know. Every person I dealt with in this service department was very kind, I have never felt this way from anyone I have ever been to before, however big or small your issues are, these guys are very trustworthy and will take care of you!! Purchased a CPO vehicle about six months ago. Brought it in for first service and was notified that the rear tires require replacement. I've only put 6,000 miles on the vehicle. On top of that, I am told th in for first service and was notified that the rear tires require replacement. I've only put 6,000 miles on the vehicle. On top of that, I am told that there are two "plugs" in one of the tires (from the previous owner), and that you are not supposed to plug these types of tires. I contacted the manager of used car sales, Steve Hill, who explained that he would replace one tire at no cost, but only if I purchased the second tire at full price, and that I had to purchase the tires within six months. For all I know, the plugs will void my insurance coverage on the tires, a service which I purchased on the vehicle not expecting that I would be inheriting these problems on day one. Long story short, I should have well over a year remaining on the factory warranty, another two on the CPO warranty, additional coverage on tires, and a vehicle which I've owned for six months/6,000 miles, and I'm already stuck shelling out $600 - $1200 bucks. I expected better service from a quality dealership regarding a "certified" vehicle. Not impressed. More
I asked for information regarding extending our warrantee and no one ever called us back. I asked questions about the part going so quickly since the car only had 12 thousands miles and was given no help exc and no one ever called us back. I asked questions about the part going so quickly since the car only had 12 thousands miles and was given no help except for the bill. I also asked if we traded the car in what would we be given as a trade in and got no answer even though I called back and left a message I never heard from anyone. More
I was traveling on vacation in Naples, Fl. when I was alerted that I needed my 15,000 mile service. I brought my BMW 3281 convertible into Germain BMW. While it was there I asked if they could tighten alerted that I needed my 15,000 mile service. I brought my BMW 3281 convertible into Germain BMW. While it was there I asked if they could tighten a loose mudflap. They said no problem. When I got the car back I noticed that the mudflap had been gouged around the edges and that there appeared to be some damage near the edge of the flap on the car body. By this time I was already back at home, some 1600 miles away. I called and spoke with a service rep who promptly told me that they did me a favor by reattaching the mudflap and that the original installers were ultimately responsible for any damage. Damage which Germain Service obviously did. I later spoke with a service manager at Germain and after he reviewed pictures I sent him, agreed to send me a new mudflap. I received 2 mudflaps in the mail and proceeded to remove the damaged mudflap to replace it with a new one. Upon removing the old one I noticed that the body underneath was gouged. It appeared that someone, in an attempt to remove whatever glue, residue, etc. was underneath the mudflap must have taken a tool of some sort and scraped the paint off in many spots. Then proceeded to cover it up when they put the mudflap back on. I don't expect this type of shoddy service from any service center, let alone BMW! The service person who worked on my car should be ashamed of themselves for performing such careless and inferior work. Luckily I noticed this issue with the gouged paint and hopefully averted what could have been some rust issues down the road. While the basic 15,000 mile service seems to have been performed properly, I am truly disappointed with the service I received in this one area and hope Germain Service Center take a closer look at who performs work on their cars. Unfortunately I plan to spend more and more time in the Naples area going forward and will now have to find another dealership that I can trust. More
Our experience with Germain BMW has been positive so far. One suggestion... When we ordered our new BMW535iX, nothing was mentioned about the Zxylon coat. We learned about it at delivery of our car. This One suggestion... When we ordered our new BMW535iX, nothing was mentioned about the Zxylon coat. We learned about it at delivery of our car. This required two additional trips to the dealership from Marco Island. We think this should be offered at the time the car is ordered so it can be on the car when we take delivery. More

I came first to Germain BMW 03/26 with very specific issue - misfire in cylinders. Two time they changed intake boots and Disa valve. I paid already $675, but still the issue hasn't been solved.
