We stated on the repair estimate and in conversations, several issues were found with this vehicle, when the vehicle was computer scanned two pages of fault codes were present. The customer authorized to repair two of the worse vacuum leaks as a start; we stated in writing and in conversation this was a place to start only and by no means addressed all the issues present with the vehicle. We also noted that previous repair attempts done by others were an issue as some parts were either not removed or reinstalled improperly. This is an eleven-year-old 150,000-mile vehicle with multiple problems, only two authorized for repair. Although we do understand the customer’s frustration, we respectfully feel it is misdirected.
