He took the time to make sure that everything that I wanted to have replaced with new parts was done correctly by looking at my car and checking the accuracy of the various parts that I ordered. Outstanding Service I own a 2005 Z4 and was experiencing a problem with the steering. I am new to.the area and this was my first experience with Germain BMW of Naples. I I own a 2005 Z4 and was experiencing a problem with the steering. I am new to.the area and this was my first experience with Germain BMW of Naples. I called Service, explained the problem. I have a very tight work schedule that involves a lot of travel, so my time is limited. Service got me in the next morning. Christian walked me through the diagnostic process and we put a plan in place once the problem was discovered. The front wheel speed sensors were faulty and needed to be replaced. Service had the sensors in stock and I was on the verge of needing front breaks, so I had that repaired too. Service drove me back home.to.Estero which was a fair distance from the dealership. The car was ready the next morning, and I was in Sarasota working that day. Christian arranged to have the car delivered to my home, and I paid for the repair over the phone. Christian and the Service team at Germain BMW couldnt have been more accommodating. The experience was exemplary, and I would highly recommend Germain BMW. They truly define what customer service should be. More

Intersresed with some very short deviations to luxury US and Japanese automobiles. Apart from the obvious engineering prowess and evolving stylistic development from ultra teutonic and form follows function to where we are today."The package and bow on the parcel is the service and the people going the extra mile and asking if everything is ok and is there something else you need or feel you need." My next or 10 th BMW purchase is lurking in my mind and beginning to move to the frontal area of my brain. While I dont know the design details of the new 2018/19 shapes and designs I know from which dealer it will be purchased from namely Germain BMW of Naples FL. I was greeted by Raquel Stolba who admired my "older convertible" but pleasantly offered to provide information if I was interested in an upgrade. My next experience was from Service Advisor Christian Hoza. He was attentive to listening to my rough idle problem and brought me to talk to the mechanic after he found the idle problem was caused by a broken Vac hose. I appreciated the responsive and professional advice to solve my problem. I especially appreciated the fact that Cristian did not sell me extra services I did not need. Thank you for your professional Service Department. More

Have an ignition key made Went to Germaine BMW of Naples to have an ignition key made for my BMW. Should have been routine, but I am the second owner and the key on record wit Went to Germaine BMW of Naples to have an ignition key made for my BMW. Should have been routine, but I am the second owner and the key on record with BMW did not work. The previous owner must have had the ignition changed without notifying BMW. Parts adviser, Cameron Whitaker, went out of his way to find a solution to this problem. This extra effort making numerous phone calls was much appreciated. It's always refreshing to work with competent technicians. Thank you Tom More
