He is exceptionally professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We could buy from other Lexus dealers, but due to our experiences at Germain, we have a great level of comfort there. Our sales experiences have always been good, but it's the service, after the sales, that really brings us back. More

You asking too much. I already said Carrie was outstanding. Carrie Lorenz was our Service Manager and she did an excellent job. I trust him inplicitly. On this most recent visit, I went I for a routine 40,000 mile checkup and service found two warranty items that needed to be addressed. My car was ready exactly when John said it would be. To me, John is the "face" of Gernain Lexus. Management is fortunate to have John as an employe, in my opinion. More
