Brilliant staff for buyer satisfaction I had a problem with my previous car and wanted Germain Lexus to help me, which they did. Luftu Gani was especially helpful in resolving my problem, I had a problem with my previous car and wanted Germain Lexus to help me, which they did. Luftu Gani was especially helpful in resolving my problem, but many in the dealership partiicpated in the solution. I am now driving a 350RX and I find that this is the best Lexus that I have ever driven. I have had five previously, all purchased through Luftu Gani, who is a very wonderful man that tries in every possible way to make sure that I am happy. I can not say enough positve adjectives about him and this dealership. And when the time comes to purchase another car, I'll go back and find Lu for a pleasant purchasing experience. More

This was accomplished by researching the cost and availability of several brands of vehicles. Since we currently owned two Lexus and one Mercedes, we opted to go with Lexus to replace the Mercedes. Several "other brand" dealers were visited and other cars tried. When we visited Germain Lexus and met Charles Koenig, it seemed we hit "paydirt". The professionalism of both the salesperson and the dealership was readily apparent when compared to our other experiences. It was exceptionally lucky that we found the "perfect" car for our needs. It was the right model in the right year and even the right external and internal color with fairly low mileage. Better yet, it was Certified by Germain with it's unique service policies. One downside; the meager trade in allowance for our 16 year old cabriolet with only 52,000 miles was disappointing. Unfortunately, the "auction" market bit us! More
