Carrie greeted me shortly after I arrived for my service appointment. I told her I would wait in the lounge and she said the work should take about an hour. She was true to her word. When checking out Carrie said they checked everything on my car, brakes looked good, etc, and she did nt corsee any problems before my next service appointment . I called the dealership and made a 7:30am appt. and arrived on time and greeted by a friendly service rep and got signed in and directed to the waiting room. After about 15 minutes, I was greeted by Dave McKinney, and together we sorted out what had to be serviced on my 2008 GS 350 Aw drive Lexus. Due to the the type of service that had to be done to the car, I was provided with a loaner car, and off I went, very confident that the work would be done properly. Dave was detailed oriented and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The car was brought in on a Friday and was returned to me on the following Tuesday. Upon pick up I was not greeted at the service check in because I parked the loaner car in the loaner car area, because that was what I do when I am in Toronto, Ontario. When I did approach the service drop off area, the female attendant, took my keys, and told me next time to bring the loaner car to the service drop off. I thanked her and went in to wait to see Dave. I completed the paper work with Dave, her explained to me what was repaired, etc. and once again answered all my questions. He escorted me to my car, and made sure I had everything with me that I had out of the loaner car. We exchanged some social chatter and off I went, feeling very good about my experience at the Germain Lexus Dealership. Also, during a telephone exchange prior to the car p/u, Dave once again clearly explained to me what was being done to the car and when it would be ready for pick up. Being from out of town I didn't know where I should go for Scheduled maintenance for my Lexus. I found Germain Lexus on the internet and looked up reviews about them and their service. I found Richard Churlins name mentioned positively, so I called them asked for him. My experience with Germain Lexus was very positive. Richard was very precise on reading back my service needs and being very attentive. I had an obnoxious rattle not knowing where it was coming from. The techs diagnosed it within an hour and found it was a loose fuel tank shield. An 1 1/2hr later I was on my way with the rattle gone and my Lexus ready for the long trip home back up north. Great team there at Germain. More

We arrived at Germaine mid afternoon on a Sat. We were greeted immediately by a young used car salesman by the name of Rob Reynolds. He showed us a few cars and then turned us over to Ann Bess. Anne too greeted immediately by a young used car salesman by the name of Rob Reynolds. He showed us a few cars and then turned us over to Ann Bess. Anne took us for a drive in an IS something. We felt it was a bit over our price range. We made an appt for the following Friday and drove away in a 2011 CT 200. Ann stuck with us throughout the whole sales procedure, quite a while past closing time. She wants us to go back so she can show us more about the car. We don't feel that is necessary as we caught on to the hybrid idea quickly. All in all, a pleasant experience dealing with Germaine. Barbara Gaskey More
