No Pressure, More than Fair! Couldn't find the perfect Accord at the Honda dealerships. Came across one at Germain Lexus online. Trish Cano called me as soon as I expressed interest and had the car waiting out front for a test drive when I arrived with my 13 y/o daughter. It's EXCELLENT to see a woman as General Sales Manager in a field reserved mostly for men. She asked Patrick Dodard to take over. He was so helpful! The test drive was a comfortable experience and he included my daughter in the conversation. Later he quickly negotiated a trade in on my current car that was more than what I had been offered at other dealerships. Less than 3 hours, start to finish. And no one looked at me cross-eyed for buying a Honda at a Lexus dealership! I saw some light scratches the next day I didn't notice evening before. Not a problem, Patrick had me bring the car in at my convenience and they were buffed right out. No cost, no hassle. Thank you Trish and Patrick. More
