The service provider Chris was great. I have a company car and the Fleet company that approves service is called “Wheels”. “Wheels” is very challenging to work with. You can never get a live person on the phone and when submitting online for approval it could take HOURS for them to get back to the service provider and approve or deny. This really jams up the service line. And makes the customer wait for up to like 3 hours. - this was none of Germain Toyota’s fault. But, Chris was great. He was honest .. straightforward and understanding. Even with the challenges with “Wheels” he still provided the best customer service and experience that he was able to do. A very honest hard working professional. More
