I had a previous experience with Germain that was suboptimal at best and I was contacted by Billy Blanton after posting a separate review that I plan to update in addition to this review. Billy was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, committed to resolving the issue, which he did. The only constructive feedback I have concerns the timeliness of the resolution. I was first contacted by Billy in July, and it took until October to receive resolution. Billy not only resolved the concerns I had, but included additional incentives he didn’t have to, and provided me with a rental car and excellent service throughout the process. I am very pleased after the first experience I had and I can assure anyone considering using Germain service that Billy Blanton is very concerned with providing the best customer service possible and doing the right thing when things go wrong. Billy runs a good ship and keeps his crew on top of things. I won’t hesitate to go see them again. More
