Price way too high. I was told all my lug nuts needed replacing. That's fine however the total cost for 24 lug nuts was going to cost me 250 dollars. That's ridiculous. Those exact lug nuts only cost 3.2 replacing. That's fine however the total cost for 24 lug nuts was going to cost me 250 dollars. That's ridiculous. Those exact lug nuts only cost 3.29 each. Also 35 dollars to rotate tires is also high and 20 dollars to change oil filter even though I brought in my own oil. At last the cost of 244.68 to replace a tire pressure sensor seems too high also. Tire centers do it for less than 100 dollars. Germaine also wanted 33.79 to change a 2 dollar bulb that's not hard to get to. Crazy. I don't think this dealer will get my business anymore and I'm telling all my friends to stay away. More

I was looking for a 2021 Toyota Supra 2.0 in yellow that I found to be in limited supply when I conducted multi-state searches. My search identified one at Germain in Columbus. I negotiated the deal over the phone with Linda Edwards while I drove down from the Cleveland area. In the meantime, the paperwork was prepared for my arrival. The car was PDIed and I was given the keys to drive it around the nearby area while my existing car a 2018 Lexus RC300 F Sport was evaluated by Germain’s technicians. The evaluation was excellent and my remaining lease payments were paid off. Great transaction and service from Linda Edwards! Love my Supra! More
