I was referred by a friend to call Germain and ask for Mo. I have been overdue for an oil change/service and she was able to get me in the same day. When I arrived I was greeted by Billy he told me my ser Mo. I have been overdue for an oil change/service and she was able to get me in the same day. When I arrived I was greeted by Billy he told me my service would take about an hour. The service department was pretty busy but he kept up with me on what was going on with my car. I was in and out in about a hour and 30 minutes. Thanks Mo and Billy for taking good care of my car it’s running like new again. I will be back More

When I made my appointment, I expressed concern about safety during COVID. I was assured protocols were in place to wear masks, etc. However while I was waiting there was a lady sitting at the new car safety during COVID. I was assured protocols were in place to wear masks, etc. However while I was waiting there was a lady sitting at the new car sales desk with her mask hanging off of her ear. I looked at her because I thought she may have been a customer, but she was not. I kept looking at her and she finally put the mask on, but when I stopped looking she let it hang again. She appeared to be a salesperson. As a retired registered nurse I take mask wearing, hand washing, etc VERY seriously. I then saw a lady with very straight blond hair walk repeatedly between the office areas with her mask under her chin. I am not comfortable with this at all since mask wearing is essential to protecting your staff and customers. This virus is air borne and the new strain is even more contagious. I am shocked at the lack of consistency with some of your staff and their blatant disregard for others. I have always appreciated your excellent customer service, but this needs to be addressed immediately. I also had requested an estimate on some body work when I scheduled my oil and tire rotation. This request was confirmed on my confirmation email. I was sent next door andI found out I needed an appointment to get an estimate, but they looked at the car, took pictures and said they would send me an email with the estimate which I appreciated. Everyone was very nice, but the lady at the farthest desk left of the service desk was not wearing her mask, but had it under her chin. She appeared to be supervisory since she was telling others what to do. This again was a flaragrant violiation of your policy. At one point she came close to me and I stepped outside to avoid her. While COVID is a threat, I will not be bringing my car back in for service. I did report the situation to my service person at the new car area and he apologized which I appreciated, but this does not minimize the risk of infection. More

I love going to this dealership because they are polite and courteous. They also keep their promises and my auto is taken care timely and if it warrants researching the problem they will do so . I came in for oil change in the morning I left more than two hours after. I tried to leave first time a warning light were still on so I had to go back in and they took it back. Second time I left got to th two hours after. I tried to leave first time a warning light were still on so I had to go back in and they took it back. Second time I left got to the highway and they called and asked me to bring it back. Turns out they cracked the cap when putting everything back and I was leaking oil. I also didn't appreciate when I made the apt. The oil change said 49.95 and didn't specify what type of oil. And when I get there I'm told I couldn't have that price. That was conventional only. I shoes her nowhere did it say conventional. I also told her how I had been trying to get in for over a week and the website said they would call but noone did. I tried three times that way. I also told her of the coupons I had seen. 25%off oil change, $10 off... Just to name a few. She didn't acknowledge I said it. They may have expired when I finally got the appointment but toyota always took expired coupons in the past. More
