The last time my car was serviced the gentleman told me that my brakes weren’t to where they needed replaced but he was giving me a heads up that they would keep an eye on them and let me know when they wo that my brakes weren’t to where they needed replaced but he was giving me a heads up that they would keep an eye on them and let me know when they would. When I went in this time, before the guy even went out to check the mileage on my car, he told me I needed brakes. How could he know this without even looking at them. Then when I picked up my car, the checklist said my cabin air filter was very dirty and I got a red check for being in poor state and needing replaced. I checked my glove compartment to see for myself. NOTHING has been moved in it to have checked it. I understand they’re going off a mileage chart. But, to put on the checklist that it is very dirty without having even checked it PERSONALLY is poor customer service. Was very disappointed this service. When I checked out the girl at the counter wanted me to initial that id declined brakes. I explained to her what had happened initially. That I had NOT declined them. That they had not been checked. On the checklist my brakes are at 4mm and 5mm THIS SERVICE. More
