Also, Chris will inform us of any service that might be needed soon and lets us know if we should get it done right then or if it can wait for later. Overall I feel that the service department at Germain Toyota has a good process when customers arrive. Generally they do a nice job of getting repairs done in a timely manner. I arrived for my service appointment at 10:15 am and was met by Mark. Great smile, by the way, as he opened my car door he said I will meet you inside. He got me checked in and told me he would meet me in met by Mark. Great smile, by the way, as he opened my car door he said I will meet you inside. I must tell you I was quite surprised when he came back in after maybe 45 minutes or so and told me the car was finished. The tires were rotated they did a visual inspection topped off the fluids and I was ready to hit the road again. Thank you for such great service. More
