They tried to rip me off. Went in told them car was making noise when I backed up but it was not my brakes as I just had them done. Very unprofessional when I spoke to manager, worst deal ship ever been to will never ever go back to that deal ship. They lie, my car only has 14000 miles on it so still under warranty but they also wanted to charge me for the extended warranty deductible had to point that out. They don’t do their job with customer in mind just how much money they can put in there pocket. They certainly give Ford a bad name… More

Had my truck in for a warranty issue and their service team added $2600.00 of profit into the warranty service quote. Hourly labor was exorbitant at $239/hour.
