Tire pressure problem Low tire pressure warning on dashboard. Could not identify any obvious problem. Pumped up tire. Warning returned after a couple of weeks. Went to Gerv Low tire pressure warning on dashboard. Could not identify any obvious problem. Pumped up tire. Warning returned after a couple of weeks. Went to Gervais to have it checked out. Car brought in right away. Service technician found the problem (a well hidden nail), repaired the tire, and had me back on the road very quickly. The charge was minimal and quite reasonable for the service. No complaints and excellent service. More

I had no problems and I really like my car. It was not what I had come in for but it was there. It had not been listed yet. I like the color, the options, the price and the fact that it had brand new Mich what I had come in for but it was there. It had not been listed yet. I like the color, the options, the price and the fact that it had brand new Michelins. Unlike the dealership where I bought a car five months ago there was no heavy duty sale of the extended warranty by the sales manager. I recommend this dealership highly based on my experience. More

Extended Warranty. Well, at only 30K on my 2013 Explorer Sport, the PTU seems to be leaking. I have a Premium extended warrantee that I got from Gervais which approved Well, at only 30K on my 2013 Explorer Sport, the PTU seems to be leaking. I have a Premium extended warrantee that I got from Gervais which approved the repair at no cost to me. Part is on order and when it comes in--we do the fix.. I encourage everyone that plans to keep a vehicle past the original warrantee to get an extended warrantee as some repairs can cost you big bucks otherwise. I buy vehicles, drive them off the lot, keep them for 15--20 years (until they are worn out) then have the junkyard come over and take them away.. I still have 31K and/or 4 years left on my warrantee. More
