Test drove a silver 2016 and then We were interested in purchasing a used Escape. 2016 or newer. First stop was at Gervais Ford where we met Lisa. Test drove a silver 2016 and then told Lisa that we had just started the process and had to look around more. Few days later after more test driving, we returned to Lisa and Gervais. We test drove another Escape and made a quick decision on the vehicle. Lisa helped us greatly with the process and handled our trade in and all the fun paperwork. New truck, new experience I waited 3 months before I did this evaluation. I had an issue with my remote starter. The dealer worked with me and did the following. 1. Dealershi I waited 3 months before I did this evaluation. I had an issue with my remote starter. The dealer worked with me and did the following. 1. Dealership fired remote Starter company and put in a top of the line starter. I am impressed. I broke my tail light assembly putting in strobes. Since I could not explain to parts department the problem they came out to look and fixed it! I buy a new Ford every two years and will use Gervais again. Michael S More
