I have to disagree, there was nothing at the desk at sat at that disclosured how much it cost for Gettel Advantage, which again, I did not ask for. Nor is there any cost associated with the Gettel Advantage on your web site. And now i just found out, I have to pay the State of Illinois taxes on that $2,995.00 service i again Did Not Ask For.

I am being charged 6.25% . I see the disclaimer now that you pointed that out regarding the $1,199. But, still not understanding where it says you will be charging me for the Gettel Advantage. All i see is that it is excluded in the vehicle price. PUBLIC BE AWARE OF THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT ARE IN FINE PRINT.

I apologize that we couldn't reach your number, It was based off the national ad from the Manufacturer which is with a substantial amount of money down. We tried to do the best we could to get to that number with out any money down or less then advertised and it doesn't always work. because that's how they reach such a low monthly payment. I sorry we could not reach the ad price without the money down it took to get there, but we did try. sorry again. Please feel free to reach out if there is any thing else we can help with.

I doubt that you will be successful. I wasted a lot of money on an extended warranty, which turns out the BlueLink is not covered. I was told that Bluelink was working, that's why I bought the vehicle. Hyundai shut off the BlueLink because the previous owner didn't use it, but I have to pay $1300 for a new head unit after also paying $2400 for an extended warranty. What a rip-off!!

I am so sorry for the wait, we are a big shop with 11 technicians that work on there experienced fields, some do heavy engine repair, some just oil, lube and, filter, some are specialize in electrical, and now the EV cars. Possible that you seen one of them and not the one working on your car. I can't say for sure, but I will look into it for sure!! I apologize again.
