Now that Rod Thommsen is gone, there is no reason to come back for a new vehicle. I purchased a new 2023 Santa Fe 9/22 after previously purchasing a 2019 Santa Fe. Your finance manager was deceitful. I had a back for a new vehicle. I purchased a new 2023 Santa Fe 9/22 after previously purchasing a 2019 Santa Fe. Your finance manager was deceitful. I had an overall 750 credit rating and out of the big three bureaus, you used the lowest # to make my interest rate.5 points higher over a 60 month period. I was told that there was a manufacturer incentive of $1,010.00 that miraculously disappeared. When I also questioned the MSRP price and why the contract price was different, the finance manager told me that the girl who made up the window sticker had made a mistake. It was all typical corrupt dealer behavior that so many consumers have come to know sadly, I reside in Fort Myers and Fort Myers Hyundai is only three miles away. I left them and traveled 30 miles to you seeking an honest dealer m. Sadly, you all run in the same circles. Bye-Bye. More
