I visited to review and buyout my lease and left unsatisfied as they added on extra charges of almost 2000 dollars more than expected and items that weren’t on lease. A lease is a binging agreement and you cannot be charged for items not disclosed on original signed lease, yet Cordell could not explain what the 1099 dealer fees were and stated since Covid a great deal has changed. My response you added on fees not disclosed or agreed upon two years when I signed! And yes he saw my hard copy of lease as I brought that with me. I will never recommend or shop Hyaundaii here again. Sales manager never came out. I asked for for finance I got a salesman. More

Great service. When I went to get my car serviced for an auto-butler, I had failed to read the card explaining the procedure, so I told my rep I would wait.
