Too many hidden costs. List price was $7,900 and ended at $11,557. To finance using my bank' s pre-approved credtline the price would increase $1,000... and they wanted to List price was $7,900 and ended at $11,557. To finance using my bank' s pre-approved credtline the price would increase $1,000... and they wanted to convince me to accept their finance option $50/month more expensive than the creditline already approved... sounds crazy, no? Worst service ever! I will never again use any Goettle for service or sales. I was charged for 7 quarts of oil in a car that only holds 5.4. No apology and no offer for I will never again use any Goettle for service or sales. I was charged for 7 quarts of oil in a car that only holds 5.4. No apology and no offer for a refund. I eventually took the car a different service center to remove the excess oil and hopefully with no damage to the car seals. Additionally, I paid a diagnostic fee and the recommended timing chain tensioner service made no sense as the vehicle has less than 60k miles. The serpentine belt has now been replaced by a reputable repair center. More
