My wife purchased a vehicle here in February, according to a credit alert her social security number and credit card were both compromised the same weekend. My wife called and spoke with Ben in finance see to a credit alert her social security number and credit card were both compromised the same weekend. My wife called and spoke with Ben in finance seeking assistance. Instead he was rude with my wife and told her to stop throwing out accusations. She was then told he could do nothing for her and she would have to call Hyundai corporate. So much for protecting your customers and putting their concerns first. More

This dealership provided us with EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE which started when we had our car serviced and ended with our driving out with a new Santa Fe Calligraphy. Keirsten Rosso, our salesperson, SERVICE which started when we had our car serviced and ended with our driving out with a new Santa Fe Calligraphy. Keirsten Rosso, our salesperson, was incredible and the level of communication and support provided to us by the management staff, Santino, Pablo Cruz, Paul in Finance, and Paul Trombly, the Dealership Manager far and away exceeded any customer service we expected, or have ever received, especially at a car dealership. I would recommend this dealership car service as well as sales service to my best friends and there is no greater compliment I can provide. I plan to go back soon to find a great used car to replace my Mini. You all ROCK! More
