I had a misfire. You diagnosed it as a bad coil pack and replaced it for a ridiculous amount. I declined the new spark plugs due to your price. I drove home and the car continued to misfire so it did not need a new coil pack. I bought plugs on the way home and it took 15 minutes to replace them. YOU'RE FIRED! I wrote your management about this and got no response. Again, YOU'RE FIRED! You charged $300 bucks for this cluster f**k. More
