Have called the local tax office and the vehicle hasn’t even been registered or title transferred yet. I’d steer clear, do not recommend buying your vehicles here. They told me our financing was sent to a different Gillman. Okay? The front desk lady is beyond rude. She is very condescending and will just hang up on you. She quotes “it takes 4-6 weeks” Yes, I was in there January 14. It’s been way longer. She says we don’t even have a file. I called the owner Chris Gillman and even he didn’t return my call after promising to have it fixed same day. It’s unacceptable. More

DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH THEM Given the current vehicle shortage, I thought it’d be prudent and had negotiated pricing IN WRITING VIA EMAIL to order a vehicle with Gilman Honda, and gave them flexibility with a 4-month timeframe for delivery given the current supply chain situation, and made a physical visit expecting to finalize the deal. After spending 1.5 hrs providing a bunch of info and their failed attempt to upsell me on another model on their floor, I was given an offer with a $5k markup on a ~$30k vehicle. I questioned the salesman on where’s the honor of our agreed upon deal and he “claims” he was blindsided by his manager as well. Yeah sure…………… If you don’t want to waste your time and have an agreed upon deal reneged on, go elsewhere!!! More

I've sent my Honda Civic to the dealership for diagnosis as I believe the dealer has the recourse and is competent to fix my Honda right even they charge me a lot. They took over a week and came back for a as I believe the dealer has the recourse and is competent to fix my Honda right even they charge me a lot. They took over a week and came back for a bad part that needed to be replaced. It cost me over $1300. Since the service advisor is unable to clarify my concerns, I ask the service advisor if I can talk to the technician and he, in turn, told me to wait for another 45 minitus for the technician to come back (cause the technician is taken his lunch ... the time is way over 3:00 pm) I feel he is trying to give me a hard time. I asked to talk to the Service manager and asked him what is the cause of the failure, is that a guaranteed fix, and if they can show me the bad parts. They told me they don't know the cause of the failure and the replacement is not a guaranteed fix. Also, they won't be able to show the bad parts to me as Honda forbids them to do so. They told me they have to replace the bad parts for further diagnosis. The Service Manager try to convince me of their diagnosis, but he is rude during the conversation, he yelled at me and finally open the door of the Service Department and tell me to "get out" of their dealership in front of a hall of other customers and their employees. That I think is completely unacceptable, crossing the line, and extremely offensive. It is totally Ridiculous fo for a dealership to treat their customers this way. I have tried to reach their administration team through an online chat, but the chat agents (Jennifier) don't know anything... not even the name of their service manager, general manager, and the administration team. Shame! I think she is trying to cover up the facts to the senior administration personals. More
I’m pleased to leave a review of Gillman Honda Fort Bend. The Ford F-150 King Ranch I bought from them is perfect. After an initial xxxx up with the sales process, General Manager Teno Fontenot put me in touch with Sales Director Dominick Pisano and he made the process simple and pleasant. He gave me a great deal on my trade and a terrific deal on the truck. Most importantly he was excellent to work with in getting one post sale issue resolved. I’ve purchased a lot of cars and this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in buying a car. Do your homework and they’ll work with you. I’ll be a Gillman customer for life. Thanks to Teno and Dominick for making it a great experience. They have my highest recommendation. More
The finance and sales staff are terrible. Ours salesman lied to our face and said we would not have our credit ran because we had outside financing. Get home and they didn't run it once but twice. Gillman Honda FB treated me fairly and respectfully. Ultimately I left with a vehicle that I am totally satisfied with and I will go back to Gillman first when I'm on the market for another. You will en Ultimately I left with a vehicle that I am totally satisfied with and I will go back to Gillman first when I'm on the market for another. You will encounter different styles at every dealership you go to. What gives Gillman the edge is their ability to make you feel like they care about you. Follow-up phone calls, quick turnaround on add-on installation, etc. They are great. More
Saw two Honda Odyssey’s online, called Ken to confirm availability, affirmative. Drove 6+ hours (Wichita Falls to Rosenberg) to see them, neither one was at Ken’s location. Ken lacked the guts to apologize so his coworkers cleaned up the mess. Shaun and his boss were super apologetic but I won’t tolerate lying and deception. If you go to Gillman Honda Ft. Bend, find Ken and stay far, far away. It wasn’t all bad, Ken did a great job confirming my beliefs about car salesmen. They did offer me one of the Odyssey’s, 50 miles away across Houston. Shop here as a last resort. More
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!Manager Luis should be ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!! Manager Luis should be FIRED!!!! My daughter was speaking to Louis he told her she was approved to put $500 down he can get ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!! Manager Luis should be FIRED!!!! My daughter was speaking to Louis he told her she was approved to put $500 down he can get her in a car so she saves it and when she has it she return to the dealership. She get there and speak to Devion he knew absolutely nothing but reassured her everything is fine. they have no vehicles to show her the 1 vehicle was sold the day b4 plus the finance people left. Her next off day she goes back up there no one was available to help so they sent a person we never spoke to and he was completely lost Luis walked up and told him shes already appdove dont do another application that guy left never came back. Where sitting there now its closing time. Luis ask does she have $1000 and can she get insurance she said yes he shows her 3 cars 1 electric and another small SUV. She chose the SUV paid got insurance. Luis showed her a 2019 Nissan and told her If she had a cosigner she can get a Nissan 2019 vehicle. She gets her grandfather to cosign. Ok now Louis says oh you don't need the grandfather you can get it the 2011 $8000 vehicle on ur own. So she says ok fine ( but they keep asking the grandfather for bank statements) she will take the 2011. We spent 3 hrs waiting to sign paper work just to be told the finance person left. She put the $1000 down on the vehicle was told she can drive with the vehicle that night. We left and was told come back the following Wednesday to fill out the paper work. Wednesday we are there for 4 hrs waiting because all the bills she brought they said the banks need something else. Due to her schedule she cant keep making blank trips so her next available day was Saturday 1/30/21. She text Louis all day asking what she needs to bring he never text back only to say everything is fine got to sign the bank papers. She asking him what do i have to bring he never answered the question. So she tells him she will not come up there if she don't know what to bring. Now he text her back and says if u don't the car will be repoed because a new month is starting and she has to sign paper work. We get there at 7pm as soon as we walked in ( mind u this man has NEVER greeted us) Luis ask her does she want her car detailed she says sure and gives him her keys. We sit there for bout 45 mins thinking the car getting detailed. There having a whole party folks clapping laughing in the finance room while we are still waiting. Now its closing time he comes out hands her her keys back without the car key on it and says. The manager is going to refund you your money. Your grandfather didn't want to send over his income. What i couldn't understand is why LIE!!! Mind u where bout 45 min from our house no way back home and he just walked away. I speak to the Manager Marisa Williams who stated he should not have told her that and that she really need 3500 down on this 2011 vehicle. She stated she will talk to him about the way he went about getting the keys back. DO NOT DEAL WITH GILMAN HONDA FORT BEND. How Luis acted it was casual and without an ounce of empathy and such blane disrespect im pretty sure this is how they do things at this place. Im pretty sure nothing will happen to him cause this is there definition of customer service. By the way this was her first time buying a car. If i could give 0 stars i would they will get 1 just for the water. More

Don't go to this dealer, they're selling high priced cars they know are dam bought a pre own SUV and the engine broke 3 months after the purchase!!! Don't go to this dealer, they're selling high priced cars they know are damaged, when you call to try to complain, they act so rudely, and try to make you feel like it is your fault. I never see before people acting so dishonest like this dealers managers. So sad for them, because they lost a very good costumer. More
