Since then I have been in contact with our salesmen Josh regarding the issues with our vehicle. Josh made all the arrangements and we were able to have those issues taken care of in a timely manner. I understand that not everything always runs smoothly within a company and sometimes mistaken or missed communication can result in patron becoming disgruntled. I can only assume that this was the case with our issues. The manner in which Josh expidited getting our vehicle in to address the issues definitely renewed my faith in this dealership.
