I would worn a potential customer not to rely on your estimated time to complete the requested service, I had an appointment for service which was to take 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours. They were very accommodating, and I had an emergency before I left for out of state. They squeezed me and took care of the problem and replaced locking log nuts on the tires as well as the original prob before I left for out of state.
