The service department lacks enthusiasm for their jobs. I received terrible service and had to go back the next day and ask for the service manager to correct the problem. I had to wait 1.5 hours to drop me off at home. I called day before to drop me off at home 8 am, most of the car service agency in the area provide drop off home service or lyft ride home. Next time I might not come and just go to local peoboys or minke which they charge less around $50 for full synthetic oil change being a uber driver. Overall I had bad experience last time. Even person charged me 1100 instead of 110 , which I checked called and he corrected. More
