This service center is great ! The people are always pleasant and knowledgeable. They keep me informed about the progress of the repairs/service in words that are easy for me as a non-mechanical person pleasant and knowledgeable. I complained that my break were noisy since they were installed by Glen Toyota when I brought my car for routine maintenance. Upon inspection the person told me that it is noisy because some part was bro installed by Glen Toyota when I brought my car for routine maintenance. Upon inspection the person told me that it is noisy because some part was broken into 3 pieces. So I ended up paying $175.00 to install the part. Why I was not informed about the broken part when the breaks were installed.unless I assume it was broken during the breaks replacement. Otherwise I am happy. More
