Costco 15% discount coupon not honored I had a coupon from Costco which gives 15% off for service and parts and I was told that this coupon is from sales and can’t be honored it is not them I had a coupon from Costco which gives 15% off for service and parts and I was told that this coupon is from sales and can’t be honored it is not them . It clearly said the dealer name and address . I asked Richard to ask other associate who had knowledge of it but he refused and simply denied . He gave me more than $1000 quote for repair. I asked not to do any repair and left without having anything fixed . I have been coming for years there and this egoist person didn’t want to ask other associate because he wasn’t aware of it. More

2h for an oil change 2h hours for an oil change and few inspection points. they told me my brakes pad were a bit worn out but the report didn’t show by how much. When I asked the salesguy how much brake pad I had left, he took a pen and wrote 2mm out of nowhere. so it was 70 usd for the oil change and they were asking 600 usd for the brake pads change (front and right) plus 100 for the alignment (even if the alignment was found acceptable).
