After the visit, I drove the car and the same request for an update kept appearing. It was almost 5 PM when I drove into the service department. The man who helped me, who might have been a service manager, was extremely polite, very understanding, very apologetic and very anxious to help us. We waited in the service are for only a short time when he came in to talk to us and explained how we can resolve the problem. The problem has been resolved to our satisfaction.
