Bad experience I brought my car for rear brakes replacement and went I was going back home and just heard a banging noise every time I pump the brakes. I returned th I brought my car for rear brakes replacement and went I was going back home and just heard a banging noise every time I pump the brakes. I returned the car to the shop and initially was told were a plastic piece underneath hitting the exhaust. When the guy said it was fixed the noise however it was there. A 2nd time the guy said it could not fixed because gap between the new pads and the rotors and also the noise was also coming from the suspension. I have argued with the guy and later with the manager that I did not trust on none of those diagnoses. The car returned a 3rd time to the shop by the manager and 10 hours later the car was finally ready and fixed. More
