This was my second visit to Glen Toyota service and Andrew made both visits excellent! He is friendly, professional and efficient. I used to dread getting an oil change because I’d be trapped with strangers in a small room for 1.5 hours. Not only did Andrew remember my name as I entered, he kept me informed if/what work was to be done to my vehicle and had me on my way in no time! This survey asked if I would recommend this service center...I already did! More
