Great experience I lease every 3 years so I've had many experiences. My salesman at Glen Tyota was Tom DiStefano. He showed me several cars I was interested in and I picked one out. When he presented my payment options he was never pushy. I drove home in my new Prius an hour later. During our discussions a manager came over and I thought here we go, but all he did was make sure I was being taken care of! What a breath of fresh air. I recommend Glen Toyota and Tom. More

Make my dream come true When I came to the dealer..i knew what kind of vehicle i want..but beep in my hearth I didnt know if i could have it. Best dealership experience ever!! I've leased for second time from them. John Kraiza was our sales rep and he is really great at what he's doing. He got me the best deal within 15-20 minutes.. I think transparency is key to their success.. Worst experience I have ever had. Do not buy here. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealer. Sold me a "certified pre-owned" vehicle that obviously wasn’t checked over. Lug nuts missing Valve plugs missing Front brakes were worn and I had to drive 2 hours back to the dealer and have them fixed. Didn't return 5 phone calls after purchase Horribly unprofessional with phone manner, customer service, and clerical. Took NO responsibility for any of their mistakes. More
