Toyota Financial has no record of my name. What kind of dealer is Glen Toyota? Dwayne a unreliable sales rep processed my paper and said he was able to put me in a tier 2 after my sister co-signing for me. Michael Finn worlds worst Finance Director at Glen Toyota was the guy who processed all financial paperwork. I left Glenn Toyota thinking all my paperwork was good as they said and congratulated me for my new lease. To later find out that they want the vehicle back claiming Toyota financial does not want to approve my lease 9 days later. I gave too soon and took it back in only because they would not stop harrassing me calling me several times a day. I am truely disgusted at Glen Toyota for all this mess. I gave up my other vehicle and now I have nothing using Uber. Will never do business again with this unprofessional dealer. I should known not to trust them, i had been waiting over 4 hours just to complete paper work because Michael Finn was on the phone trying get his wifes car back that he sold to a customer. He mention he sent a tow truck for the vehicle to be picked. He was so desperate to get that car back. Why did he sell his wifes car and then try to get it back. Why would he have several customers hearing all his converstion out loud. He was the rudest ever and then rushes us out and then look we get screwed big time. My sister has a lease with Glenn Toyota as soon as her lease is up she will never do business with them again as well! People dont get fooled like I did! More

Disappointing Bought a Certified Pre-owned (cash) in the evening and I believe but can't prove that it was a bait and switch operation whereby they showed me a car Bought a Certified Pre-owned (cash) in the evening and I believe but can't prove that it was a bait and switch operation whereby they showed me a car with no body damage and clean Car Fax. I took the car home and in the morning light it was clearly evident that this car was side swiped and there was a crimp in the front passenger side bumper. I drive it to Morristown and back and when I returned home I saw the front bumper on the passenger side was falling off!!! I took the car back immediately and wanted them to take the my trade in car back and the General Manager said "this isn't Macy's you can't return a car." He promised he would make all repairs necessary. Here I am still waiting for the car. Now I fear that there may be something else I don't know about wrong with the car. What grief -- never again will I trust anything those people say. I would NEVER have bought it if I had seen the crimp or the swiped side. Trapped!! unless I want to go to a lawyer. More

Her responses and help were the prime reason I visited this dealership to test-drive the new 2015 Corolla I had my eye on. Marvin Escobar, my sales professional, welcomed me to the dealership, took me on a test drive, and was excellent to deal with when we put together some numbers. It was a pleasant surprise to have such a no-pressure, helpful sales pro as Marvin to work with—it was a very easy experience and I was happy to sign the quote. I apologize profusely for not getting his last name, but Mike (Mike Kasyjanski or Finn?) then sat with me in the car and comprehensively demonstrated all its features, which I really needed as my old car pre-dates most of the gear in my new one by 16 years! He answered all my questions and got me literally rolling with the new car, so I felt a lot more confident driving it after Mike and I spoke. Again, my profound apologies for no last name, but Mike in finance then got me through all of the paperwork with zero delay and answered all my questions about the details. I had dreaded the car-buying experience, but overall, Jeny, Marvin, and the Mikes made this purchase smooth, professional, and memorable. Many thanks! More
