I had an issue from a previous oil change and I called and they said to come in and they would make it right. Josh got me the shuttle back home. I tried to check on with them the next day, but you can not and they said to come in and they would make it right. Josh got me the shuttle back home. I tried to check on with them the next day, but you can not talk to a real person - you leave a message or send a text. Josh called me late in the day to say they had waited all day for the repair kit part and to come in. When we got there it was not ready because of more problems. But he stayed a half hour after closing along with the tech to finish - all at no charge to me. Everyone was friendly at the service department. More
