I just had the most remarkable experience in purchasing a car. I have had many cars over the years, from VW to Infiniti to Porsche to Audi and now to Alfa Romeo. Friendly, warm, hospitable, and open are just a few adjectives that apply to him. Vlad, the sales manager, is like your favorite cousin: Frank honest and a class act.
