Golling saved our trip by making quick repairs We bought a certified 2013 Dodge Journey from Golling in June 2016 for a 2-week driving trip in August. At 5:45 pm Wednesday night before a planned S We bought a certified 2013 Dodge Journey from Golling in June 2016 for a 2-week driving trip in August. At 5:45 pm Wednesday night before a planned Saturday 7:00 am departure, the front bumper/fascia fell off the Journey in a parking lot. (no impact; it just had fallen off when we returned to our car). We put it in the back of our vehicle and called the Golling body shop at 5:55 pm and (1) Steve Smith answered five minutes before closing time (thank you); and (2) he made notes for the shop the next day. Thursday morning at 6:40 am we were at the body shop with our vehicle and Tim Sullivan arrived twenty minutes before the door opened; he assured us that it could almost certainly be fixed that same day or at least by Friday, so our trip was saved. The repairs were made, the cost was slightly under the estimate and the vehicle was ready by 4:00 pm the same day. Are we happy that the bumper/fascia fell off? Heck no. But we understand that some things in life just happen and we thank Golling for saving our vacation! More
