1st time lease shopping I work long and late hours. I got off at an early time, which is when they closed. Focus or Fusion?? I went it in with my mind set on a used 09 Fusion but was not able to test it out as they didn't have keys at time. I almost walked away disappointed and empty handed. A red Focus caught my attention and I decided to take a look. The Focus was nice a little new and 10000 less miles on it but I had my heart set on a bigger car then the 97 Escort I was driving. Robert was very nice to me and my kids (who are not the quiet ones) and worked out a great deal and tho it's the same size as what I already had it had everything else I wanted and was brought down to a lower cost than the Fusion. So even tho I had said I would be in by 6 to see the Fusion and they didn't have the keys, it worked out for the best. More

He was very honest about every question that I had and made me feel comfortable and trusting which is sometimes harder than finding the right car. I felt that he was on my side during the whole deal.
