No hassel, straight fwd Love the fact that there is no hassel with this dealer and my Sales rep. Perhaps offer a bottle of water while he took a 40 min trip to locate my vehicle. But I don't mind as this comes with sales experience. I would rather have less experience salesperson than a shark with tricks up his sleeve. I must say though, he is quite well verse with the car gadget, (Nav, Uconn) and able to "teach" his customer well. Not many can teach. More
