I found Customer Service with a SMILE! I have been dealing with South field Chrysler Dodge for years and have grown dissatisfied with the Dealership and the quality of there work. I was not happy after that and had decided to visit your dealership for any major work in my opinion. I made an appointment with your Dealership and was greeted with RESPECT, set up an appointment for today, I was greeted with a smile by a Professional Adviser by the name of Mike Belzyt, who assisted me with my appointment, kept me updated with the progress of my truck, directed me to the lounge where I decided to wait for the three hours of servicing of my truck which went by so fast because of the comforts that were offered. While visiting your website made me interested in leasing a new vehicle because of your pricing. When my truck was completed Mike explained what was accomplished, how much my bill was and where my truck was parked. I was so happy with the greeting and smile of the cashier, it was a pleasure to pay my bill.
