Within a month or so, I came in with my wife to buy a Chrysler 300 and I looked him up. As I expected, the transaction was clean and professional. Two weeks ago I came in to buy a 2014 Dodge Durango. After having 6 Jeep Grand Cherokee's, Mike instinctively knew I wasn't quite matching up with the Durango. When I mentioned this to him, he instantly had the vehicle I really wanted. I called to make an appointment and was pleasantly connected to Sales Representative Megan Carr. Megan and I test drove my intended purchase while the vehicle I arrived in was evaluated. Not unexpectedly, the resulting value of my hoped trade-in was less than I felt would be possible in a private sale. However, Megan and her management were intent on my not leaving Golling without concluding a deal. They succeeded. After arranging for my financing, completing all paperwork.and transferring registration, I drove home pleased with my exceptional experience at the Golling Pre-owned Super Center at 2405 Telegraph Rd., Bloomfield Hills. I felt that the process of transacting this event was provided by highly competent, professional, courteous, and engaged employees at all times.
