Danny was AMAZING!!!! From the beginning Danny Katzenstein did what it took to get my business. He called me back first when I sent an inquiry to over 10 dealerships. I told him I was already financed through genisys credit union (even though his finance manager wanted my social security # to make sure my loan was ok....we all know he was going to run my credit to see if he could offer me a better rate than my credit union...which I told Mr. Shue that would be impossible). Danny did not pressure me and let me decide what I wanted and had the answers to all the questions I asked. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best) I would give Danny a 10. Mr. Shue at 3. Enterprise Rent a Car 1. Service 5. I ordered a sunroof for my vehicle and the dealership had my check for the car on Wednesday when I was picking my car up on Friday. The did NOT install the sunroof because of a "dealership policy". This resulted me having to drive 33 miles one way from work to drop my car off on the following Monday and driving 33 miles to pick car up after the sunroof was installed on Tuesday. Enterprise Rent A car at the dealership was a joke! I got there at 4:10 pm with 2 people in front of me and didn't get serviced until 5:50 after having to wait and listen to the rep set up a direct bill for one company. The rep put me in a FILTHY car with dog hair and MUD all over the seats. The car smelled like wet dog and cat urine. The car was on a "quarter tank" until I pulled out of the lot and it almost dropped to empty. While I was driving the car home something crawled on my neck and I slapped it and i heard it hit the window. I have NO IDEA what it was but it was HUGE. The dealership caused me to bring my car back to get the sunroof that I wanted 5 days earlier and I had to give my credit card and had to get insurance on the vehicle. I can go on and on about how WRONG this one on so many levels. Again Danny Katzenstein was AMAZING and I thank him for all his hard work! More

We really like the Green, but needed it fully loaded. We sat down with Paul Schmid who walked us through the ordering process and made sure we got every incentive and rebate available. It took about 35 days for the vehicle to be built. What a thrill to see my the notation on the sticker saying this jeep was customer built for us. Oh yes, we love driving our new Jeep tool. More
